How much do you have?

To get you an accurate quote we need an estimate of how much you have. This doesn't have to be exact but the more accurate you can be, the more accurate your qoute. A regular box holds approximately 2,500 pages. If the documents are on a shelf there are approximately 200 pages per inch

Do you need indexing?

This is the process of adding fields to each image during the scanning process. This will help you find the documents beyond a file name.

How will you store the images?

Are you using an electronic storage system or simply keeping the images on a CD?
