ArchivesOne Inc. has purchased a records management company in South Florida, its 31st acquisition since 1991 and its third in southern Florida in the past 19 months.
The Middlebury-based records storage and management company said Monday it acquired Guardian Records Management of Fort Lauderdale. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
