The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) issued a final rule on September 4, 2007 to amend its regulations regarding records management. The rule offers guidelines for disaster recovery programs as well as offering clarification to previous rules. This ruling is effective immediately and covers all federally insured credit unions.
