Our Areas of Expertise

We have expertise and excellent references in scanning Human Resource applications. These include Terminated Employee files, Current Employee files, Labor and Legal documents.

We have extensive knowledge of manufacturing applications including the scanning and indexing of drawings from paper and aperture cards. We have successfully assisted a large number of clients with their R&D documents, ECO's, Sales Oder and Purchase Order documents.

We can scan from either paper or from roll microfilm and microfiche. We have converted Medical records, drawings, sales orders from roll film. We have converted Tooling applications from COM fiche as well as Legal and Trust Records.

We are now scanning Medical Records in color utilizing new scanners and PDF technology that compresses the color file to the same size as Black and White images!
